40HP

2006 Suzuki 40HP outboard parts diagrams. 1 model for this horsepower and year: DF40TLK6 (serial 04001F-680001 to 88XXXX, 50 diagrams).

Pick the model whose code and serial range match your engine's ID plate exactly. The letters after the horsepower number in the model code identify the configuration (shaft length, tiller or remote steering, manual or electric start, and the model year on older codes), so two 40HP engines can use different parts. Each model page lists every factory diagram for that engine, with genuine Suzuki OEM part numbers, prices and required quantities.
