Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, with the following conditions:
- Some outboard motor brands cannot be shipped to Hawaii due to manufacturer restrictions. Please contact us for additional details.
- Flat rate and free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will receive a shipping quote during checkout for eligible items.
Estimated Delivery Times
We offer fast and secure delivery through trusted carriers based on the type of product you purchase:
- Outboard motors between 2.5 and 6 horsepower are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Outboard motors between 8 and 30 horsepower are shipped via XPO Freight, FedEx Freight, or other carriers. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days.
- Lightweight items, such as electronics, parts, and accessories, are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a standard delivery time of 1 to 7 business days.
- For items marked as “On Display In-Store,” please allow 2 to 7 business days after placing your order for processing and shipping. These products require additional handling and preparation before dispatch.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 for all orders under $129 (lower 48 states only)
- Free Shipping: Orders of $129 or more qualify for free shipping (lower 48 states only)
- Hawaii & Alaska: Custom shipping quotes are provided in the checkout
- Liftgate service is included at no additional cost for outboard motors deliveries
We never charge hidden fees - The price you see at checkout is the final price
Freight Delivery Details
Freight shipments (typically for motors 8 HP and above) require someone to be present at the time of delivery for unloading and signature.
To make the process as smooth as possible, BoatMaxOnline covers the cost of a scheduled delivery appointment. Once the order is en route, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Additional Information
All delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or special location requirements.
If your delivery location is remote or has access restrictions, we will contact you with additional options or instructions. Please note that delivery to such areas may take additional time.
