  • Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Preparation: Our team carefully prepares your outboard motor for shipment, ensuring all components are securely packaged and protected. Depending on the size of the motor, we include the appropriate amount of OEM oil:
  • 2.3HP to 6HP: 1 quart of OEM oil is added to the package, and these are shipped using parcel services like FedEx or UPS.
  • 8HP to 30HP: 2 quarts of OEM oil are added to the package, and these are shipped via freight shipment.
  • Timeline: Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. If additional verification is required, we will notify you promptly.
  • Warranty Registration: During the shipping process, we register the warranty for your outboard motor. The warranty starts on the day the motor shipping is processed.

2. Packaging Standards

  • Each outboard motor is shipped in its original manufacturer box, which is specifically designed to absorb any damage while keeping the motor undamaged.
  • Protective materials included in the box ensure that the motor and all components are secure during transit.
  • Parcel-shipped motors (2.3HP to 6HP) are double-packed to ensure additional safety during transit.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Carriers: For smaller motors (2.3HP, 2.5HP, 4HP, 5HP, and 6HP), we use reliable parcel services such as FedEx or UPS. Larger motors (8HP, 9.9HP, 15HP, 20HP, 25HP, and 30HP) are shipped using freight carriers, which include liftgate service and delivery appointments for a smoother customer experience.
  • Delivery Options: We offer free shipping on all outboard motors. Freight shipments include liftgate service and appointment scheduling for hassle-free delivery.
  • Costs: All outboard motors qualify for free shipping.

8. Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your motor is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number and carrier details.
  • Customers can monitor their shipment's progress and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking information.
  • Notifications about any changes or delays in delivery will be communicated promptly.
  • For freight shipments, customers will be contacted to set up an appointment for delivery.

7. Damages

  • Retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage to facilitate the claims process.
  • Customers should note any visible damages on the delivery slip before accepting the engine. The outboard must be accepted, and we will ensure the damages are remediated.
