The true credibility of a company is what they do when a customer is unhappy. My original order did not include the pump. When I called they sent one out priority. Have to respect a company that treats its customers right. I would definitely order from them again. Seems very rare today to see a customer centric company these days.

You screwed up my order and never sent it. I received the oil but not the pump. I wanted to go fishing today but couldn’t because I already drained the lower unit oil. This sucks!
