Great customer service. After I ordered the wrong 100 hour service package- they quickly set me straight. I’ll be back to support them after great and quick customer service! Thanks for making boat maintenance so easy!
My original order was processed within hours of purchase, and shipped the next day. I received it in 2 days, complete as ordered. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong spark plugs. I called and they shipped out the correct ones that day. Great customer service. Will do business again!!
Fast shipping
Everything is exactly what I ordered
Great product!
Great company to buy from. I had a small problem with an order and Jen responded quickly and resolved the issue. I couldn't be happier. Look forward to doing future business with you. Thanks....
All arrived well, however, a small pump needed to fill the lower unit oil should have been added (or recommended) for the complete service. Still great pack that let me get ready for the season.
Fast Service as advertised
Thanks for the great service!

Snail mail to get the plugs if I order again I would recommend UPS or FedEx USPS mighty slow !!!!
very good deal fast shipping
It was packaged good and came on time have not used them yet it's what I needed and and that's what I got original parts for my Suzuki outboard
Order was delivered on time, and all parts were in good condition. Also, Boat Max has great prices!
My 2nd time ordering from here and packaging of materials subpar. My sparkplug were flying around the box and arrived with it outside the box. Not sure if it has been compromised, since the protection sleeve is off. Besides that all went well. Shipment took exactly a week to arrive.
Great customer service and prompt shipping — love the genuine Suzuki parts, too!
Good job shipping my spark plugs. I got them.
