Please note: Because we offer this propeller exchange program, some propellers may show very light wear from a previous customer's test run. Every exchanged propeller is inspected and must meet our condition standards before being offered again.
Propeller Exchange Program
Finding the right propeller often takes a real test on the water — pitch and size aren't always obvious until you run them. That's exactly why this program exists. If you ordered a propeller and need a different pitch or size after testing, we'll help you swap it. Light wear from a genuine test run is expected and completely fine.
How to Start Your Exchange
Please begin your exchange through our Returns Portal — it's the fastest way and sends your request straight to our team. All you need is your email and order number.
If you contact us by email instead, please have clear photos ready of both the propeller and the original box before reaching out, as we'll need them to review your request.
How It Works
- Start your exchange in the Returns Portal (or by email with photos ready).
- Our team reviews and approves your request personally.
- Once approved, ship your original propeller back and we'll send the replacement.
Program Terms
- $25 flat handling fee per exchange.
- You cover shipping both ways.
- One exchange per order.
- U.S. orders only.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Pack and Return Your Propeller
These steps are required. Because propellers are heavy and the original box is part of what makes the product sellable, returns that arrive damaged or improperly packed may be refused. Please:
- Clean the propeller after use and remove any grease before packing.
- Keep the original propeller box intact. Do not write on it, and do not apply any shipping labels directly to it.
- Double-box the return: place the original propeller box inside a separate outer shipping box, and apply the shipping label to the outer box only.
Returns that arrive with the shipping label stuck to the original box, or with a crushed or damaged original box, cannot be accepted for exchange.
Condition
Light wear from a test run is expected — you don't need to baby it on its first outing. We simply ask that the propeller hasn't been run extensively, and that it's free of damage caused by improper hardware installation (for example, a missing or incorrectly fitted thrust washer or spacer). That kind of damage comes from installation rather than normal testing, so it isn't covered.
Every exchange is reviewed by a person — if you're unsure whether your prop qualifies, just ask. We'd rather help you get it right than turn you away.
